Pravyaan Terms of Service

Terms governing your use of the Pravyaan Beta service.

Last Updated: May 22, 2026

Welcome to Pravyaan (the "Service"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. The Service and Operator

The Service is a multi-tenant workspace for customer success and implementation teams. It helps you plan and run customer programs using projects, tasks, Statements of Work (SOWs), success plans, use cases, risks, documents, a knowledge base, analytics, marketplace integrations, and AI-assisted generation and summaries.

The Service is currently operated and maintained as an independent software project by its individual developers based in Australia (the "Provider," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Beta Status and Future Subscription Transition

Beta Trial Phase: The Service is currently offered as a "Beta" version for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes. Access is provided free of charge during this trial phase.

No Service Guarantees: Because this is a Beta product, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding application uptime, service availability, reliability, or the long-term preservation of your data.

Data Resets and Cleanups: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or completely wipe account data, tenant workspaces, and system histories at any time during the Beta phase to implement critical system updates, performance optimizations, or database refactoring.

Future Monetization: We intend to transition the Service to a paid, subscription-based model in the future. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice within the platform or via email before any free features become subject to mandatory premium tiers. You will be under no obligation to upgrade to a paid plan.

3. User Accounts, Access, and API Credentials

Account Responsibility: You sign in through our authentication provider and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your user account and tenant workspaces. Workspace administrators control team membership, role-based access, and workspace settings.

Bring-Your-Own AI Provider Keys: The Service uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate and assist with workspaces, SOWs, success plans, tasks, use cases, documents, program scenarios, and related content. To use these features, workspace administrators may configure their own third-party AI credentials (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or a self-hosted Ollama endpoint).

AI Key Handling and Costs: AI provider keys are stored server-side in your workspace configuration, used only to send requests to the providers you select, and masked in the user interface when displayed. You are solely responsible for all usage costs, rate limits, billing alerts, and compliance with the terms of your chosen AI providers. We are not liable for third-party charges or access restrictions arising from your use of the Service.

Workspace API Keys and Integrations: The Service may also offer Pravyaan API keys for programmatic access to your tenant data, and encrypted storage for third-party integration credentials (for example, marketplace connectors). You are responsible for securing, rotating, and scoping these credentials, and for any activity performed with them.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property Ownership

Your Data: SOWs, success plans, customer and account briefs, projects, tasks, risks, use cases, knowledge articles, files, comments, and other material you upload or create in your tenant workspaces remain your exclusive intellectual property ("User Content").

Limited Processing License: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, transmit, and process your User Content solely to operate the Service for you—including optional features such as AI-assisted generation, public read-only share links you explicitly enable, and configured integrations. We do not sell your User Content, nor do we use it to train or fine-tune generic machine learning models.

Public Sharing: If you create share links for documents such as SOWs or success plans, anyone with the link may view that content according to the permissions you set. You are responsible for distributing share links only to intended recipients.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Upload, store, or process highly sensitive personal data, such as medical records, government identification, or financial credit card data.
  • Attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, probe, or breach tenant isolation, role-based access controls, API key scoping, or other data separation mechanisms of the Service.
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or circumvents rate limits, except through documented APIs with keys you are authorized to use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in Australia, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use or inability to use the Service during this free Beta phase. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is strictly limited to $0 AUD.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these Terms must be filed in the appropriate court within Australia.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are published. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
